EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT – DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE FOR WARFIGHTER SUPPORT
Served as principal staff director and directly supervised team of 104 personnel. Owned accountability for policy development, oversight, synchronization, and resourcing. Offered primary oversight for 16,500-person agency with budget of more than $4 billion. Managed department relationships with over 30 partner nations.

  • Achieved unprecedented intelligence sharing and analysis through establishment of Five Eyes Defense Intelligence Board that drives operational decisions and outcomes for the U.S. and its four closest allies.
  • Managed eight Executive Oversight Boards, executed $377 million budget, and oversaw 62 vendor relationships as director of department’s most successful Artificial Intelligence (AI) program.
Agencies that conduct aerospace warning, aerospace control, and maritime warning in defense of North America.

2019 – 2021

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT – INTELLIGENCE
Managed team of 300 personnel responsible for delivering indications and warnings of threats to North America. Provided critical awareness and assessments for incidents across the U.S. requiring Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) assistance, including wildfires, hurricanes, and floods.

  • Led team in development of new methodology for data-driven predictive analytics used to shape resourcing decisions and actions in response to COVID-19 and ultimately save American lives.
  • Directed and guided digital transformation that adapted predictive analytics and prioritized limited allocated intelligence resources to create decision advantage and deter peer competitors.
Delivers combat air, space, and cyber power support to assure mission success to U.S. warfighting commands.

2018 – 2019

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT – INTELLIGENCE
Led functional advisory for enterprise with more than 20,000 personnel and assets valued at over $36 billion.

  • Co-led 12-month Scientific Advisory Board to solve challenge of locating mobile battlefield targets, resulting in highly classified report used to drive acquisition decisions and development of weapons systems.
  • Instrumental in development of new command that was critical to accelerating change for global competition.
  • Enhanced team performance and morale by establishing Key Spouse Network to aid military families in need.
Air service branch of United States Armed Forces that provides air support for land and naval forces.

2017 – 2018

VICE PRESIDENT – WARFIGHTING OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Managed team of 140 personnel in developing policy and guidance for USAF intelligence programs.

  • Increased leadership flexibility and agility by eliminating over 2,300 pages of rigid instructions.
  • Improved flow of technology and investment from U.S. to India through bilateral engagement.
2016 – 2017

VICE PRESIDENT – INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, & RECONNAISSANCE (ISR)
Led development of strategy, policy, and staff to conduct ISR. Advised more than 25,000 ISR professionals. Served as president of personnel development team tasked with managing and training over 3,000 intelligence leaders.

Assists Afghan security forces and institutions in defending Afghanistan and protecting its citizens.

2015 – 2016

VICE PRESIDENT – WARFIGHTING OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Oversaw 1,200 personnel responsible for training, advising, and assisting Afghan Forces. Represented NATO and U.S. military in direct engagements with leaders from Afghanistan, Pakistan, U.S., and China.

  • Co-directed Target Approval Board that reviewed 500 individual targets instrumental in 200 critical threats.
  • Managed world’s largest fleet of 133 ISR assets that conducted over 400,000 hours of collection operations.
2016 – 2017

VICE PRESIDENT – INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, & RECONNAISSANCE (ISR)

Primary source of foreign air and space intelligence for Department of Defense.

2012 – 2014

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Directed intelligence production center with over 3,100 personnel and $421 million annual operating budget.

  • Drove intelligence community investment for construction of $36 million facility addition.
  • Planned and executed new $1 billion services contract, including production of over 6,400 in-depth intelligence products and 150 Congressional engagements, during government-mandated shutdown.
Provides national authorities with quality technical measurements to monitor nuclear treaty compliance.

2010 – 2012

  • Managed development of $158 million headquarters and state-of-the-art radiochemistry laboratory.
